Check-In and Check-Out
Standard Check-In time is 2:00pm. Standard Check-Out time is 12:00pm.
Guaranteed Early Check-In and Late Check-Out can be arranged at a fee for eligible dates. Priority confirmation will be given to direct bookings. Please write to us for more information.

The Sultan does not offer extra beds.
Baby Cots
Limited baby cots are available on a complimentary, first come first serve, advance reservation basis.
Child Policy
Children below the age of 7 can stay for free on existing bedding in all Signature category room types, subject to the maximum occupancy of each room type.
Minimum Age
Individuals below the age of 18 must check in with parents or legal guardian.
